Responsibilities:


  • Handling basal appointment tasks, such as filing, carrying mail, answering emails and buzz calls, ascribe overtime, and abstracts access for centralized department.
  • Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for maintenance
  • Making biking arrange and advancing documents, materials, and accessories for Maintenance.
  • Ordering, autumn and distributing appointment supplies.
  • Maintaining, repairing, or replacing appointment equipment.
  • Providing basal accounting services.

Requirements and skills


  • D3/S1 in administering or accordant acreage is preferred
  • Proven acquaintance as administrator, appointment abettor or accordant role
  • Excellent ability of MS Appointment and appointment administration software (ERP etc.)
  • Open for freshgraduates with internship experience.
